Scientific Data Images for Human CCR8 Antibody
Detection of CCR8 in Human Blood by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood cells were stained with (A) Rat Anti-Human CCR8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1429) or (B) isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0061) followed by anti-Rat IgG APC-conjugated Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113) and Mouse anti-Human CD14 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3832P). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.Chemotaxis Induced by CCL1/I-309 and Neutralization by Human CCR8 Antibody.
Recombinant Human CCL1/I-309 (Catalog # 272-I) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CCR8 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL1/I-309 (20 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Human CCR8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1429). The ND50 is typically 0.01-0.05 µg/mL.Applications for Human CCR8 Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
CyTOF-ready
Ready to be labeled using established conjugation methods. No BSA or other carrier proteins that could interfere with conjugation.
Flow Cytometry
0.25 µg/106 cells
Sample: Human peripheral blood cells
Sample: Human peripheral blood cells
Neutralization
Measured by its ability to neutralize CCL1/I-309/TCA-3-induced chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CCR8. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 0.01-0.05 µg/mL in the presence of 20 ng/mL Recombinant Human CCL1/I-309/TCA-3.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
