Detection of Rictor in HeLa by Flow Cytometry.
An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with Rictor Antibody (7B3) NBP1-51645PE (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Phycoerythrin.
Detection of G beta L (GBL) in Human Prostate by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P).
G beta L was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human prostate using Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat G beta L Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4004) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Detection of Sin1/MAPKAP1 in Human Heart and Kidney Tissue by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human heart tissue and human kidney tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Sin1/MAPKAP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8168) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for Sin1/MAPKAP1 at approximately 59-63 kDa (as indicated).
