The cells were labeled with mouse monoclonal PDK-1 (C-terminal Region) (NBP3-23291), rabbit polyclonal PDK-1 (Tyr-9) (NBP3-23292), and PDK-1 (N-terminus) (NBP3-23290) antibodies. These antibodies were detected using appropriate secondary antibody conjugated to DyLight(R) 594.
