IHC Staining Protocols

IHC can be broadly classified into two forms based on the type of tissue processing involved: IHC- formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE), and IHC-frozen (Fr). Additionally, IHC results can be visualized by either immunofluorescence (IF) or by a chromogenic reaction. The tissue processing type and the intended detection method will inform the IHC staining workflow. Secondary Antibodies and Detection Reagents
