If these products do not perform in your hands as stated on the datasheet, please contact our technical service team. You will be offered a replacement product, credit or full refund if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please see below for additional information about our guarantee.

Terms and Conditions:

• This guarantee is only available for the branded products listed above that are purchased directly from Bio-Techne or our authorized distribution partners and does not apply to Bio-Techne brands’ diagnostic reagents or other diagnostic products, or Advanced Cell Diagnostics (ACD) or Lunaphore Technologies products.
• Products must be stored and used appropriately under normal conditions and as directed on the datasheet, and must be used before their expiration date.
• Products must not have been altered, modified or engineered in any way.
• Customer must contact technical service for assistance in a timely manner prior to requesting replacement or refund.
• If a customer has a separate agreement (such as custom production) for purchase of products, the terms of the agreement will apply over the terms of this guarantee.
