Viral Vector Characterization from Discovery to GMP Release with Maurice

This application note describes the use of a single platform for capillary electrophoresis-sodium dodecyl sulfate (CE-SDS) analysis of two AAV CQAs - identity and purity. Instead of using SDS-PAGE for AAV purity and confirming serotypes using PCR or ELISA, you can get data on different attributes of your samples with one platform. As different phases across development have their unique analytical challenges and requirements, this study demonstrates two label-free CE-SDS methods you can use on the same Maurice™ platform to address unique analytical requirements across different stages of development from discovery to GMP release.
