WB: Approx. 60 kDa band observed in K562 lysates (calculated MW of 59.6 kDa band according to NP_751945.2). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
