Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Fc gamma RII/CD32 Antibody (AT130-5) - Chimeric [NBP3-08997] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed mouse (Mus musculus) splenocytes on Shi-fix(TM) coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric rabbit version of AT130-5 (NBP3-08997) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/ml), showing membrane staining in a subset of cells. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-08997, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody.Applications for Fc gamma RII/CD32 Antibody (AT130-5) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
