GMP Human T Cell Media

T cells grown in a G-Rex® bioreactor shows similar confluency when using Human AB serum or a xeno-free serum replacment. PBMCs from 3 donors were grown with 10 ng/mL of BT-007-GMP and 10 ng/mL of BT-015-GMP in a G-Rex® bioreactor with either a xeno-free serum replacement or 5% human AB serum.
