Key Product Details

Use for channel-based total protein normalization by fluorescent detection. Includes 8x Protein Normalization Reagent and Protein Normalization Reconstitution Agent. This kit is compatible with Jess™ systems only and is recommended for use with target proteins in the range of 2-230 kDa and sample concentrations that are within 0.2 - 1.2 mg/ml for single or multiplex applications. For targets that are higher molecular weight and more dilute sample concentrations we recommend the sequential protein normalization method (Chemiluminescent TPN detection with RePlex Module)
Please Note:

This product must be used with a fluorescence separation module, a detection module, and a primary antibody of your choice – sold separately.  Validate your own primary antibody or start from a selection of antibodies already validated for use with Simple Western.
