CP 339818 hydrochloride is a potent, non-peptide K_V1.3 channel antagonist that preferentially binds to the C-type inactivated state of the channel (IC₅₀ ~ 200 nM). Inhibits K_V1.4 with an IC₅₀ of ~ 300 nM. Selective over K_V1.1, K_V1.2, K_V1.5, K_V1.6, K_V3.1-4, and K_V4.2.
