Biological Activity for FIPI

FIPI is a potent phosholipase D (PLD) inhibitor (IC₅₀ values are 20 and 25 nM for PLD₂ and PLD₁ respectively). Ameliorates PLD₂-driven suppression of membrane ruffling and cell spreading. Orally available.
