HTMT dimaleate is a H₁ and H₂ receptor agonist. 4x10⁴ times more active than histamine in H₂-mediated effects in natural suppressor cells. Increases intracellular Ca²⁺ and IP₃ in lymphocytes through a binding site other than H₁, H₂ or H₃.
