Biological Activity for QO 58

QO 58 is a K_v7 channel opener (EC₅₀ values are 0.6, 1.0, 5.2 and 7.0 μM for K_v7.4, K_v7.2, K_v7.3/7.5 and K_v7.1, respectively). Increases the pain threshold of neuropathic pain in a sciatic nerve CCI in vivo model.
