Product Specifications
Specificity
The ROR gamma Plasmid is a mammalian expression vector construct, pCMV/hRORgamma, containing coding sequence of human RAR-related orphan receptor gamma (GenBank Accession: NM_005060).
Application Notes
This human ROR gamma Plasmid is useful for: Expression of hROR gamma protein in mammalian cells. Induction of IL-17A promoter activity. Total content of 10 ug is enough for one 96-well cell transfection (0.1 ug plasmid per well). Recommended amount for other plate formats: 6-well plate (2 ug/well), 12-well plate (0.8 ug/well) and 24-well plate (0.4 ug/well).
