Fast and Reproducible Adeno-Associated Virus Vector Titration with Simple Plex Assays on Ella

Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is a commonly used viral vector in gene transduction workflows because it is known to readily infect a variety of cell types. In this application note, we pair Simple Plex^TM microfluidic cartridge technology on Ella^TM with PROGEN antibodies and demonstrate utility for accurately and efficiently titrating AAV particles.
