Multi-Color Flow Cytometry Panels for Immunophenotyping of Expanded T Cells
Application NotesApplication Note Summary
Immune cell therapies using chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells, regulatory T cells, or tumor infiltrating lymphocytes harness the immune system for treating immune disorders and cancer. For CAR-T cell therapy, the process involves isolating T cells, engineering them with CARs to target tumor antigens, expanding them, and reintroducing them into patients for tumor destruction. During this process, monitoring T cell characteristics, such as memory phenotype, activation status, and exhaustion markers, throughout CAR-T cell therapy development is critical to success. Bio-Techne provides an extensive portfolio of ready-to-use conjugated antibodies validated for flow cytometry applications.
In this application note, we demonstrates how our fluorescent-conjugated antibodies can be optimally combined in multicolor flow cytometry panels to monitor the frequency and phenotype of naïve PBMCs and expanded T cells. In combination with Fluorokines™, our conjugated flow cytometry antibodies can effectively ensure efficient monitoring of CAR-T cell frequency and phenotype in immune cell therapy development.
