Webinar: Accelerate Spatial Visualization for Target Identification and Validation using RNAscope ISH Services
Webinar Summary
Identification and validation of therapeutic targets for biopharma companies are key steps in drug discovery and development that require the use of robust technologies which increases the success in clinical trials. RNAscope in situ technology provides valuable multiomic spatial insights at single-cell resolution with morphological context of an intact tissue. RNAscope addresses challenges for targets with no specific antibodies like neo-antigens, cancer vaccines and TCR targets. It allows for interrogation of target expression in the expected tissue microenvironment (e.g., complex tumor-immune cell interactions, protein-protein interactions etc.). Additionally, RNAscope enables the visualization of genes that are down- or up-regulated in response to a disease or treatment to identify potential functional targets/biomarkers.
In this webinar, we will discuss how our Professional Assay Services (PAS) will partner with you to accelerate your pre-clinical to clinical programs with flexible and scalable multiomic services. We offer expert end-to-end RNAscope services including image analysis and early access to new cutting-edge RNAscope assay capabilities.
Learning Objectives:
- Characterize biomarker expression and their correlation with disease.
- Leverage our tissue bank for early target screening in tissues and species of interest and validate target gene expression pattern in normal and diseased tissues.
- Validate single cell transcriptomic (scRNA-seq) data at the mRNA level, characterize cell populations and validate differential expression of genes.
- Combine the RNAscope multiplex fluorescent ISH assays with IHC or IF to simultaneously detect RNA and proteins.
- Establish target marker regulation in response to a therapeutic treatment.
