AFM primer Products

Primers are designed to amplify DNA in intron 1 of the human AFM gene locus. AFM is expressed in the liver and therefore silent in most cell types. AFM is associated with modified histones targeted to repressed genes. Primer sets come premixed with forward and reverse primers at a concentration of 10 uM. Primers are compatible with all real-time PCR chemistries. Each primer set has been tested and validated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP).
