Tankyrase Inhibitors Products
Tankyrase 1, also known as TNKS, TANK1, and PARP5A, is a ubiquitously expressed member of the PARP family of proteins. Its ribosylation activity inhibits TRF1, a regulator of telomere length, leading to chromosomal lengthening. Tankyrase 1 also activates the Wnt signaling pathway by promoting Axin-1 and -2 degradation followed by beta-Catenin activation.
