Cell and gene therapies offer new opportunities to treat or cure severe and rare diseases for which there are limited or no treatment options currently available, including cancers, heart disease, blood disorders, immunodeficiencies, and neurodegenerative diseases. To support scientists developing these life-changing therapies, Bio-Techne offers flexible and pioneering tools that span the cell and gene therapy research and manufacturing workflows. From non-viral gene engineering and high-quality, GMP reagents to spatial multiomics for visualizing therapeutic biodistribution, and automated analytical instrumentation, our products are designed to provide the consistency, standardization, and scalability needed to seamlessly transition research into clinical manufacturing and streamline the path to commercialization.
We look forward to speaking with you at the ASGCT 27th Annual Meeting to discuss how we can help support the development of your cell and gene therapy products.
Novel RNAscope™ Multi-omics Spatial Approach to Characterize Biodistribution and Safety of Cell and Gene Therapies
In this presentation, you will learn how you can use gold-standard RNAscope™ technology and Professional Assay Services to characterize the spatial biodistribution of gene therapy AAVs, co-detect vector and codon-optimized transgene expression, optimize capsid development, and measure preclinical safety. Easily visualize antisense oligos (ASOs), siRNAs, and corresponding target RNAs to measure biodistribution and functional changes in gene expression. Future characterize the spatial localization and activation states of engineered CAR-T cells in the tumor microenvironment in the context of established biomarkers, checkpoint markers, and cytokine and chemokine expression.
