4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.

Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32012) at 1/2,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Background: AIP/ARA9

Aryl-hydrocarbon receptor-interacting protein immunophilin homolog ARA9, also known as AIP and XAP-2, is known to affect the potency and efficacy of AHR agonists and have functional consequences on AHR signal transduction. ARA9 may also play a positive role in AHR-mediated signaling, by influencing its ligand receptivity and/or nuclear targeting ability. Defects in AIP can lead to familial isolated pituitary adenoma (FIPA), growth hormone-secreting pituitary adenoma (GHSPA), ACTH-secreting pituitary adenoma (ASPA), and prolactin-secreting pituitary adenoma (PSPA).
