Scientific Data Images for Ankyrin 3 Antibody (2A8)
Western Blot: Ankyrin 3 Antibody [NBP3-05528]
Western Blot: Ankyrin 3 Antibody [NBP3-05528] - Western blot analysis of different tissue and cell lysates using Ankyrin 3 Antibody, at a at a dilution of of 1:2,000 in green: [1] protein standard (red), [2] NIH-3T3, [3] C6, [4] HEK293, [5] HeLa, [6] SH-SY5Y cells, [7] rat brain, and [8] mouse brain lysates. Bands at ~190kDa represent ankyrin 3 splice variants, higher molecular weight bands at 270kDa and 480kDa can be seen on longer exposure. Lower molecular weight bands are likely proteolytic fragments.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Ankyrin 3 Antibody [NBP3-05528]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Ankyrin 3 Antibody [NBP3-05528] - Immunofluorescent analysis of cortex section of rat brain stained with Ankyrin 3 Antibody at a at a dilution of of 1:2,000 in green and costained with rabbit polyclonal antibody to NF-L at a at a dilution of of 1:5,000 in red. The blue is Hoechst staining of nuclear DNA. Following transcardial perfusion of rat with 4% paraformaldehyde, brain was post fixed for 24 hours, cut to 45uM, and free-floating sections were stained with above antibodies. The Ankyrin 3 Antibody stains the axonal initial segments, while the NF-L antibody labels dendrites and axons of neuronal cells.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Ankyrin 3 Antibody [NBP3-05528]
