Detection of Teprotumumab by Western Blot.
Western blot of Centuximab (negative control), Rituximab (negative control), Trastuzumab (negative control), and Teprotumumab biosimilars. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Anti- Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9634) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for Teprotumumab at approximately 240 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Specificity of Anti-Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody in Direct ELISA.
A panel of biosimilars was coated at 1 μg/mL in 96-well polystyrene plates. Anti-Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody (Catalog # MAB9634, 333 ng/mL) detected Teprotumumab. No cross-reactivity with Cetuximab, Adalimumab, Rituximab, Trastuzumab, Brentuximab, Gemtuzumab, Ibritumomab, Tositumomab, Solanezumab and Aducanumab was observed.Applications for Anti- Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody
