Scientific Data Images for ATG10 Antibody
Western Blot: ATG10 Antibody [NBP2-38524]
Western Blot: ATG10 Antibody [NBP2-38524] - ATG10 is involved in p62-regulated autophagy. RPE cells were transfected with p62 or scrambled siRNA for 24h and then exposed with 400 H2O2 for 1, 3, 6, 12h respectively. Whole-cells lysates were analyzed by Western blot with anti-p62, ATG10, or beta-actin antibodies. Differences between means were considered statistically significant when p<0.05 by Mann-Whitney U-test. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following publication (https://dx.plos.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0171940), licensed under a CC-BY license.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: ATG10 Antibody [NBP2-38524]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ATG10 Antibody [NBP2-38524] - Immunofluorescent staining of human cell line MCF7 shows localization to nucleus & nucleoli. Antibody staining shown in green.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ATG10 Antibody [NBP2-38524]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ATG10 Antibody [NBP2-38524] - Staining of human stomach shows moderate membranous and cytoplasmic positivity in glandular cells.Applications for ATG10 Antibody
