WB: Approx. 60 kDa band in transfected HEK293 lysates (calculated MW of 57.7 kDa band according to NP_000374.1). IHC-P: Human thymus shows nuclear staining in select thymocytes. IHC usage on fetal porcine thymus is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 24770647).
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
