Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Axotrophin Antibody [NB100-93417]

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Axotrophin Antibody [NB100-93417]

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Axotrophin Antibody [NB100-93417] - (3.75ug/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Uterus. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.

Applications for Axotrophin Antibody

Application
Recommended Usage

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin

3.75ug/ml

Peptide ELISA

Detection limit 1:4000

Western Blot

1ug/ml
Application Notes
Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 125kDa band in Human Spleen and Tonsil lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 78.1kDa according to NP_073737.1. The 125kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Uterus.

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which may specifically enhance the E2 activity of HIP2. E3 ubiquitin ligasesaccept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer theubiquitin to targeted substrates
