Specificity
This antibody is specific for murine B220/CD45R antigen which is expressed on B lymphocytes throughout their development from early pro-B stages onwards and is down-regulated upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells. Apart from B cells, B220/CD45R is expressed on a small subset of dendritic cells (plasmacytoid dendritic cells). The B220/CD45R mAb clone RA3-6B2 specifically recognizes the exon A-restricted isoform of mouse CD45.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: B220/CD45R Antibody (RA3-6B2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-11980]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: B220/CD45R Antibody (RA3-6B2) - Chimeric [NBP3-11980] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed mouse splenocytes immobilized on Shi-fix(TM) cover-slips and stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of RA3-6B2 (NBP3-11980) at 10 ug/ml followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-11980, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with anti-Fluorescein antibody (NBP2-52638) followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody.Flow Cytometry: B220/CD45R Antibody (RA3-6B2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-11980]
Flow Cytometry: B220/CD45R Antibody (RA3-6B2) - Chimeric [NBP3-11980] - Mouse splenocytes were stained with anti-Fluorescein IgG antibody (4-4-20; isotype control, black line) or the rabbit IgG1 version of RA3-6B2 (NBP3-11980, blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-mouse IgG AlexaFluor(R) 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.Applications for B220/CD45R Antibody (RA3-6B2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
