Application
Recommended Usage

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence

2-10 ug/ml

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin

1:500 - 1:1000
Application Notes
For IHC-Paraffin, we recommend using Heat-Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER) with a pH level of 6. This optimized retrieval method ensures the best results for your experiments, For Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence/IF, we recommend using a combination of PFA and Triton X-100. This will give you the optimal results for your experiments.

Background: BCOR

BCOR is encoded by this gene was identified as an interacting corepressor of BCL6, a POZ/zinc finger transcription repressor that is required for germinal center formation and may influence apoptosis. This protein selectively interacts with the POZ domain of BCL6, but not with eight other POZ proteins. Specific class I and II histone deacetylases (HDACs) have been shown to interact with this protein, which suggests a possible link between the two classes of HDACs. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq]
