Application Notes
This antibody immunoprecipitates CBP. It also recognizes a band at ~240 kDa in Western blot, representing CBP. It is strongly recommended that the investigator use nuclear extracts for optimal results. CBP/KAT3A antibody validated for Chip from a verified customer review and (PMID: 30137413).
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
