Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CBP/KAT3A Antibody [NBP2-98753] - Immunofluorescence staining of CBP/KAT3A in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum. Then incubated with rabbit anti-human CBP/KAT3A polyclonal antibody (1:1000)(Figure A), incubated with rabbit anti-human CBP/KAT3A polyclonal antibody and antigen (Figure B) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.Applications for CBP/KAT3A Antibody
