Membrane was probed with 2 ug/mL of Mouse Anti-CD3 epsilon Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-2726) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for CD3 epsilon at approximately 21 kDa (as indicated) in the first 2 cell lysates but was absent from the later 2. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
