Flow Cytometry: CD35 Antibody (7G6) - Chimeric [NBP2-52667] - Flow-cytometry using anti-complement receptors 1 & 2 antibody 7G6 (NBP2-52667). Mouse lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (panel A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of 7G6 (panel B) at a concentration of 1 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.Applications for CD35 Antibody (7G6) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free

This antibody is Cytof ready. This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Rat IgG2b format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques. This antibody binds mouse complement receptors CR1 and CR2, functionally blocking CR2 leading to suppression of a normal antibody immune response (see Heyman et al. 1990, PMID: 1695671)
