Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32161) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Flow Cytometry: CD58/LFA-3 Antibody (PSH02-74) [NBP3-32161]

Flow Cytometry: CD58/LFA-3 Antibody (PSH02-74) [NBP3-32161] - Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes labeling CD58/LFA-3.

Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then stained with the primary antibody (NBP3-32161, 1μg/mL) (red) compared with Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (black). After incubation of the primary antibody at +4℃ for an hour, the cells were stained with a iFluor™ 488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at +4℃.

Background: CD58/LFA-3

LFA3 is a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell surface receptors. It is expressed on most hematopoietic cells and on nonhematopoietic cells such as fibroblasts, endothelial and epithelial cells. Its expression is particularly high on memory T-cells and dendritic cells. LFA3 expression on antigen-presenting cells and target cells enhances T-cells antigen recognition through binding to its ligand, LFA2/CD2, on T-cells.
