Flow Cytometry: Claudin-16 Antibody [NBP2-92588] - Flow assay with human ovarian cancer cell line OAW42. Cells were incubated with primary antibody Claudin-16 at 20 ug/ml for 30 min, then washed twice by centrifugation at 400 g for 5 min. Cells were resuspended in 0.1 ug of anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 647 with 49 ul 2% FBS/PBS and incubated for 30 mins. The cells were washed 3 times by centrifugation at 400 g for 5 min and resuspended in 2% FBS/PBS before analysis by flow cytometry.
