CORO1B (C-terminus) synthetic peptide (coupled to carrier protein) corresponds to amino acids at the C-terminus of human CORO1B. This sequence has high homology to the conserved site in rat and mouse CORO1B, and less than 50% homology to similar regions in other coronins. [UniProt# Q9BR76]
Specificity
The antibody detects a 60 kDa band corresponding to CORO1B on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431 and HeLa, mouse brain, and rabbit spleen fibroblasts.

Western Blot: CORO1B Antibody [NBP3-23241] - Western blot analysis of human A431 cells treated with Calyculin A (100 nM) for 30 min (lanes 1 & 3) before treatment with lambda phosphatase (lanes 2 & 4). The blots were probed with anti-CORO1B (C-terminal region) (lanes 1 & 2) and anti-CORO1B (Ser-2) (lanes 3 & 4).
