Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CRX/CORD2 Antibody (4G11) [H00001406-M02] - Retinal development is recapitulated in differentiating stem cells. Immunostaining of day 49 cultures shows remnants of retinal organization. CRX+ photoreceptor progenitors in green and mCherry+ RGCs in magenta.
