Product Specifications
Immunogen
This antibody was raised by immunizing BALB/c mice with a BSA-conjugated peptide comprising of the N-terminal part of CXCR1/IL-8RA (amino acids 1-30).
Specificity
SE2 antibody is specific for CXCR1/IL-8RA and does not corss-react with IL-8RB. CXCR1/IL-8RA is a receptor to interleukin-8, which is a powerful neutrophils chemotactic factor. Binding of IL-8 to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils.

Western Blot: CXCR1/IL-8RA Antibody (SE2)ChimericAzide and BSA Free [NBP3-12003]
Western Blot: CXCR1/IL-8RA Antibody (SE2) - Chimeric [NBP3-12003] - Human lymph node tissue lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of SE2 (NBP3-12003) at 0.1 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CXCR1/IL-8RA Antibody (SE2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-12003]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CXCR1/IL-8RA Antibody (SE2) - Chimeric [NBP3-12003] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed human peripheral blood leukocytes on Shi-fix(TM) coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of SE2 (NBP3-12003) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-12003, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody.Applications for CXCR1/IL-8RA Antibody (SE2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
