Western Blot: DR1 Antibody [NBP2-97557]
Western Blot: DR1 Antibody [NBP2-97557] - Anti-DR1 rabbit polyclonal antibody at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: HeLa Whole Cell Lysate Lane B: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate Lysates/proteins at 30 ug per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1/10000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 19 kDa. Observed band size: 19 kDaImmunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: DR1 Antibody [NBP2-97557]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: DR1 Antibody [NBP2-97557] - Immunofluorescence staining of DR1 in PC3 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human DR1 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: DR1 Antibody [NBP2-97557]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: DR1 Antibody [NBP2-97557] - Immunochemical staining of human DR1 in human gallbladder with rabbit polyclonal antibody at 1:200 dilution, formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections.Applications for DR1 Antibody
