Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-eIF4E antibody NB100-58833 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. eIF4E was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-eIF4E antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated eIF4E, NB100-58833 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.Applications for eIF4E Antibody
