Product Specifications
Immunogen
This affinity purified EMI1 Antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region near the amino terminal end of human EMI1 protein. (Uniprot: Q9UKT4)
Reactivity Notes
A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with EMI1 protein from human and chimpanzee based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Expect partial reactivity with EMI1 from dog based on partial (~92%, 13/14) sequence homology. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.

Description
This affinity-purified antibody is directed against human Fbp5A protein. The product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification

Scientific Data Images for EMI1 Antibody
Western Blot: EMI1 Antibody [NBP1-77748]
Western Blot: EMI1 Antibody [NBP1-77748] - This antibody was used at a 1:500 dilution in BLOTTO. The membrane was washed and reacted with a 1:10,000 dilution of IRDye (TM) 800 conjugated Affinity Purified Goat-anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] MX10 (800 nm channel, green). Molecular weight estimation was made by comparison to prestained MW markers indicated at the right (lane M, 700 nm channel, red).Immunohistochemistry: EMI1 Antibody [NBP1-77748]
Immunohistochemistry: EMI1 Antibody [NBP1-77748] - Staining of bile duct cells in human liver tissue. Tissue was formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded. Brown color indicates presence of protein, blue color shows cell nuclei.Applications for EMI1 Antibody
