The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

ELISA: Erythropoietin/EPO Antibody (HL1794) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-25455] - Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant CHO cells expressed, full-length human EPO protein (500-7.81 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with EPO antibody [HL1794] (NBP3-25455) (1 ug/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
