Immunoprecipitation: EYA3 Antibody [NBP1-46819] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EYA3 antibody NBP1-46819 used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. EYA3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EYA3 antibody NBP1-46818, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated EYA3, NBP1-46818 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
