Flow cytometry successful usage on rat meiotic testis cells is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 19802389). WB successful usage on rat pachytene spermatocytes showing a 71 kDa band is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 19802389) and in mouse oocytes is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 22302686). This antibody has been successfully used in WB in human (PMID:27605379).
