Product Summary for Fc gamma RI/CD64 Antibody (H22) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
Immunogen
This recombinant antibody was prepared by cloning the single chain fragment (scFv) derived from the murine anti-human Fc gamma RI/CD64 mAb m22 into the bacterial expression vector pBM1.1, and fusing it to a deletion mutant of Pseudomonas exotoxin A.
Specificity
This immunotoxin is specific for human Fc gamma RI/CD64, and specifically an epitope outside the Fc binding domain. The binding activity of the VH/VL antibody format was unaffected by fusion of the m22(scFv) coding regions to the truncated ETA coding sequences
Clonality
Monoclonal
Host
Human
Isotype
IgG1 kappa

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Fc gamma RI/CD64 Antibody (H22) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-81097]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Fc gamma RI/CD64 Antibody (H22) [NBP2-81097] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U937 cells on coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of H22 at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/mL), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom CD64/H22 antibody, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.Applications for Fc gamma RI/CD64 Antibody (H22) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
