Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: FXR1 Antibody [NBP2-98797] - Immunofluorescence staining of FXR1 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum. Then incubated with rabbit anti-human FXR1 polyclonal antibody (1:1000)(Figure A), incubated with rabbit anti-human FXR1 polyclonal antibody and antigen (Figure B) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.Applications for FXR1 Antibody
