Immunoprecipitation:GPR157 AntibodyNBP3-29976] -
Immunoprecipitation:GPR157 AntibodyNBP3-29976] -Detection of human GPR157 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using RIPA lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GPR157 antibody NBP3-29976 (lot NBP3-29976-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. GPR157 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GPR157 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated GPR157, NBP3-29976 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for GPR157 Antibody
