WB: Approx. 40 kDa band observed in human liver lysates (calculated MW of 39.3 kDa band according to NP_115943.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 55 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
