Scientific Data Images for HA Tag Antibody
Detection of N‑terminal HA-tag by Western Blot.
Western blot shows Recombinant Human APRIL/TNFSF13 (Catalog # 5860-AP, 5 ng/lane). PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-HA Tag Peptide Antibody Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB060) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for N-terminal HA-tagged Recombinant Human APRIL/ TNFSF13 at approximately 26 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for HA Tag Antibody
