Western Blot: HDAC6 Antibody (236) [NBP3-05295] - Western blotting analysis of human HDAC6 by mouse monoclonal antibody NBP3-05295 in HEK-293T cell line under reducing conditions. PVDF membrane was blocked in 5% milk, and incubated with primary antibody (1 ug/ml), followed by HRP-conjugated anti-mouse secondary antibody.
